Our Services

We offer various options, tailored to the needs of each client:

1. Coaching
  • We work with the client to identify key issues and to develop appropriate strategies and detailed activity. Our coaching programs are approved under the NZTE (NZ Trade and Enterprise) Capability Voucher Scheme; providing financial support.
  • Having helped set the direction, client personnel take the lead role in implementation, thereby taking greater ownership and reducing costs.
  • We provide on-going coaching support.
2. Consultancy
  • Similarly, we work with the client to identify key issues and to develop appropriate strategies and detailed activity.
  • We take a lead 'hands-on' role in implementing agreed activity i.e. 'doing - the doing'.
3. Training
  • We offer a range of courses delivered via one to one coaching or workshops.
  • Courses categories are Business Planning, Business Systems, and Exporting.
  • Our Courses are included in the NZTE Capability Development voucher scheme, again providing financial support.
